& Chef Gopal Khadka have curated the festival with dishes like
Grilled Chicken with Mango Black Pepper Reduction , Pan Seared Fish with spicy
Mango Salsa , Mango Tango Pizza and many more . According to Chefs that our
sumptuous recipes cooked with freshest mangoes will definitely bring you
back here for another visit.
Spread of Tomato and Mango salsa on
soft Pizza base, topped with Pineapple and Mango dices loaded with Mozzarella
will give you a sweet twist whereas Raw Mango based boneless Chicken Curry
accompanied with Cumin Rice stands out of all.
Chef’s special Marinated Grilled
Chicken topped Mango Black Pepper reduction served with charred Veggies and
