2021:- ASSOCHAM Chandigarh UT Development
Council delegation met the Administrator Banwarilal Purohit proposed
initiatives to bridge Skill Gap and Job Creation in Chandigarh.
The delegation led by Vivek Atray,
Chairman ASSOCHAM Regional Council on Policy Advocacy Initiatives & Former
Director Haryana was comprised of Simarpreet Singh, Chairman ASSOCHAM
Chandigarh UT Development Council & Director Hartek Group, Drishmeet Singh
Buttar ,Co-Chairman ASSOCHAM Chandigarh UT Development Council & Managing
Partner at Healing Hospital and Priyanka Verma, Assistant Director &
Chandigarh UT Head ASSOCHAM.
Vivek Atray said that ASSOCHAM is
keen to support the Chandigarh UT Administration on various initiatives and
strongly believes as Equal Partner for Holistic Growth of UT.
ASSOCHAM proposed initiatives like
Chandigarh Entrepreneurship and Leadership Skill Development Centers &
ASSOCHAM Gurukul Centers- Skill development & Model Career Centres for
Chandigarh UT to bridge the Skill Gap and Job Creation.
Simarpreet Singh, Chairman-ASSOCHAM
Chandigarh UT Development Council & Director Hartek Group apprised and
invited the Administrator as Chief Guest for ASSOCHAM Chandigarh Cyclothon
Event, scheduled for March in Chandigarh and seeking the support from
Chandigarh Administration.
Administrator gave a patient
listening to the delegation and appreciated the initiatives proposed by
ASSOCHAM. He also assured a fruitful and long-lasting association with ASSOCHAM
as equal partner with the Chandigarh UT Administration for the holistic growth
of Union Territory.
