Representative (DRR) Gaurang Gupta said that “Coming together and
helping the society proceed towards a better tomorrow is a great feeling indeed
and as reflected by our theme of this year, it's beyond happiness. I
personally believe that our youth might not be the 100% population of our
country but they have the potential to change 100% future of it. Through
these programmes, we, Rotaractors wanted to emphasize the fact that a
substantial difference can be made in a single day if we join hands.
This initiative was taken by Rtr.
Yashika Sagar last year under which more than 100 projects were
conducted. Keeping into consideration the appreciation received last year,
our target for this year was around 200 projects. Fortunately, with
the help of various clubs, we successfully conducted 250+ projects in one
day. These projects were executed for the betterment of the society and we
feel that doing this was the most productive in which we utilized our time and
strength.
With indispensable support extended
by 30 Rotaract Clubs, the projects were executed by the young social workers of
Rotaract District 3080.
